We are not a warehouse full of dogs, but rather offer an intimate home-like personalized experience with staff that treats your dog like family. We pride ourselves on not being like everyone else, and are committed to high quality care and providing you the peace of mind that your dog is being cared for in a loving, comfortable, stress free, and safe environment. We have perfected a humane and fun way for your pet to socialize, and energize allowing the natural herd/pack instinct. Our focus is placed on an enriched, controlled environment providing mental and, physical stimulation for your pet.
You won’t find rushed service at CC, and we don’t have a front desk receptionist. When you talk to someone at Citizen Canine you are talking to someone who knows, and interacts with your pet. Great service is not just about smiling faces, it’s about offering a consistent process, and caring about how we treat each dog, every day. When you entrust your pet to Citizen Canine he or she will enjoy all the comforts of home. They don’t call us a B&B for nothing!
I am personally involved with client communication, and the care of your pet, and diligently participate and oversee all day to day activities. My staff is also unique in that they must undergo a thorough training process that is focused on raising the bar of safety in off-leash play, which includes, learning Dog Body Language, Animal Behaviors, Pet first aid and CPR. CC is also supervised 24/7/365. We always do our best to meet any of your pets special needs or requests, providing comprehensive care is what we do best! We strive to make Citizen Canine feel like it is your pet’s ‘home away from home. CC has been creating a warm, friendly place to pamper your pets for the last 16 years, and we look forward to serving our community for lots more to come!
I am also passionately involved with animal rescue, and adoption. Check out our own adoption showcase here. When I’m not with my animals, I enjoy cooking, watching live music, exploring our great city, playing softball or volleyball and spending time with my family. I also am a huge sports fan, and my love for watching and writing about sports are alliterated in my blog
